No, no pre-emption or callouts. More just an expression of total amazement. I figured that after all the NewsFilter (NeFi...ha? HA? No? Fine then....) back-and-forth and huzzabah, maybe it was actually having an effect. Especially that this would be a prime opportunity for more venom and vituperation that tends to be thrown around in those threads.

He was disliked by those on the Right in Israel; he was disliked by the Lefties in Israel. And no, goddamn it, Matt has changed nothing. Apparently he trusts his userbase, still. You can still post all the images you want, and shit up threads to your heart's freaking content. Look further down in the same thread and you will see quonsar merrily taking an image-dump.
But many servers have safeguards in place so that inconsiderate people like strawberryviagra (and 'inconsiderate' is a lot milder than the adjectives many reserve for the practice) cannot hotlink images and embed them in other places. If the referrer does not match the site, it sends a 'Sorry, fucko!' replacement, like the one you see.
