Have they been against the rules in the past?
On the one hand, this could be a problem, as askme gets cluttered up with tons and tons of question that no one knows how to answer
On the other hand, this might be self-limiting, since posters can only post once a week anyway.
On the third hand, if every mefite posted one question a week, askme would be useless.
