Interesting coincidence. A question on AskMe on the 3rd and a really great answer in Slate on the 4th.

It's not a coincidence: both the question and the Slate article were prompted by news reports about the same fire in Brooklyn on the 2nd.

I liked the way the Slate Article gave a shout-out to Two-Alarm Chili at the end. I grew up on that stuff.
