Why go straight to the comment box after commenting? May 26, 2007 4:24 PM   Subscribe

When I post a comment in a thread, the page reloads at the comment box, necessitating a scroll upward to view my comment and any comments that might have been posted while I was posting. Might it be better for the page to load at the last comment on the previous page (i.e. the last comment on the copy of the page used to post) or the comment directly after?

Yeah, on larger monitors, you can still see your comment, but I need to redirect them to the last one instead of the comment box, due to the scrolling on smaller screens.

Thanks for asking about this, your Holiness. It has been bugging me for a while now, but I guess I just assumed it was intentional.

If it doesn't load, it's because you don't have Greasemonkey.
