Got wood?

Looking for a site that got a mention on the front page. It was a bit like spreadshirt but for wood. Did I see it here?

I'm sure I saw it on MetaFilter. People could upload their designs for flatpack stuff: tables, magazine racks, lamp shades... The company would cut them out on order, or you could design your own.

Anybody know of it?

Ponoko? You can upload vector files and create all manner of things from thin laser cut sheets of wood or plastics.

Any medium city will have at least a couple of people offering laser /waterjet cutting services, for a lot less money.

I used to use a place that made acrylic nameplates and 'trophies', their machine was idle for a few hours a week.

Disclosure: I own a teeny chunk of Ponoko, and I know the folks involved. Would someone actually post the link? Cause I missed it and that makes me sad.
