Since you're in Toronto, it shouldn't matter how long you leave your food out. It's all made of edible oil products with indefinite shelf-lives.

If you want, I can hook you up with some brightly coloured balloons and tax-free wicker goods.

Look, the only reason we leave our food out on the counter too long is because we had to get our anonymous "Should I eat it?" AskMe post approved first and then we argued about it for three days. And we didn't actually want to eat it. We just wanted to know. God, people.

When I said location on I meant add the latitude/longitude (for Toronto they are latitude 43.654, longitude -79.5206). When you go in someone's profile next to the location they have typed in is a globe icon that links to where they are in googlemaps. Then on your profile page it also lists who else on mefi with the geographical information added and how close they are to you. If you want to start wondering about your neighbours come to a meetup and see what some of there people eat. Oysters!! Raw and slimy. And don't get me started on what they drink....

It sat, in its box, with its previously eaten friends, until this morning, when I woke up and thought, hey, no insulation, no heat, it's pretty cold, right? Besides, it was spicy. Spicy food a) is an interesting choice first thing in the morning, as I discovered, and b) can't possibly go bad, right?
