The first sentence here is the first example of uptalk I've seen in an AskMe question?

Plus, for the win, they repeat the sentence in the last paragraph? They actually repeat the whole paragraph?
Not complaining or calling out? Just pointing out a, to me, interesting phenomenon?

My suspicion is that it's someone who either doesn't speak English too well or who doesn't understand how the posting forms work. Nothing personal but it's clearly a question asked by someone in a great deal of pain and I don't think the scrutiny of a MeTa mention is the best thing here.
