2007 ColdChef podcast song?

Can someone point me toward the song featured on the 2007 "ColdChef goes six feet under" podcast?

I imagine this has been asked before but I can't seem to find it. It is a sort of spoken word piece setting forth commandments such as "Thou shall not read Fark" and other emphatic exhortations.

I'm sure this says more about me than the song, but I always imagine it as something you'd hear walking into an after-hours British S&M club, where it would be read by a woman in a vinyl cat-suit looking down her nose at a bunch of barristers and bankers.

That's probably just me, though.
