Bug report: Flagging in Google Chrome
The dropbox for flagging a post appears but does not open up in Google Chrome 4.0.221.4. Clicking anywhere on the dropbox has the same effect as clicking the x to dismiss the box in any other browsers.

I have the same problem with Chromium - 4.0.212.0 (Ubuntu build 26652). Given that it's a beta build with a lot of features missing, my inclination is to chalk this one up to the browser, not he site.

I'm running 3.0.195.21, which is the latest official release version for Windows, and I was able to flag this post just fine (sorry about that).
This is what you get for running beta software. Use the "report a bug" feature in chrome to let the Chromium Authors know all about it.

I read that as "flogging" and thought that would be an awesome feature to add. Pony?

Today's ubuntu chrome build looks a bit buggy; I've seen issues across other sites as well, so had to revert to crufty old firefox.

yeah, we can't support the bleeding edge of browsers. But when Safari 4 went public a while back we had to put some fixes in place to work around display issues. So we will work around browser bugs, but Flagging is a minor part of the site and if this is something Chrome will end up fixing anyway I think we can wait and see on this particular bug.
