loquacious seems to need some help

loquacious seems to need some help. Is there anyone in Seattle/King County who could lend him a hand?

I'm not sure if this is the best use of MetaTalk, but long-time member of the MeFi community loquacious needs a little help - perhaps with getting to the hospital or just getting things sorted out - it must be overwhelming to deal with, and seems to be one of those situations that could be life-changing.

Is there anyone in his neck of the woods that has the spare cycles to lend a hand?
