AskMe gets a lot of questions about which software to use to clean a Windows PC. Anyone have a particularly good one bookmarked?

I need the information myself, but I figure the Wiki entry is about eight years out of date and could use an update reflecting current software.

Along the same lines, what are the decent windows tune-up software? I've heard negatives about iolo system mechanic.
