I added embedded information about pages viewed at MetaFilter, per the link tag. If you're using Mozilla, turn on your Site Navigation Bar link this, and you'll see additional buttons when viewing threads, like this. It makes for a nice alternate interface.

Why does "up" to go the archive version of the post?

Also, and this isn't your issue Matt, but my Site Nav bar says on "show always" instead of "as needed"

Other than that - very cool!

Weirdly enough the same options aren't present in Netscape 7 ... or am I missing something?

True, but there's usually some user.js type voodoo to unlock various dormant Moz features in NS.

The Site Navigation bar didn't show up until Mozilla 1.1. Netscape 7 is based on the Mozilla 1.0 code branch.

And Matt, loose that ugly modern skin :)

Hmmm ... at least under OS X, NS7 sports features (Quartz rendering, for example) that didn't show up in Moz until the 1.1 alpha....
