All the good NYC MeFites will be going home to their families for the holidays. Meanwhile, the rest of us will be left behind.

FIRE. BRIMSTONE. Two-for-one happy hour until 10PM.

I'm thinking the 22nd, although any time between then and the 29th will do. What do you guys think?

(also, in theory, nicky's vietnamese sandwiches closes at 9 on weeknights; but, having lived 3 blocks away, I will say that sometimes they feel like closing at 7. which is still not uncool, as mama's/stepmama's and win49 are generally open until ~10...)

Between missing the last well-planned meetup, the recent insta-meetup, being witness to the failure of the Brooklyn meetup, and this, the sad reality that I'll already be engaged in family holiday obligations while you all meet-up, I'm beginning to look like the no-show guy -- I swear it's not for a lack of enjoying the company of my fellow mefites, but rather a string of unfortunate scheduling circumstances.
