How to properly edit posts with the preview function.

I had edited this FPP post after previewing it and the changes weren't applied to the post. Did I miss a step or does this have something to do with using Mozilla Firefox?

I understand we aren't able to edit posts after they've been posted, but I was certain I had made the changes before clicking "Post", and they didn't appear when it was posted. Do I have to click "Preview" one last time before clicking "Post" after an edit?

You shouldn't, no. Any changes you make in the text area will be posted when you click post to the best of my knowledge. Do you want me to edit something there?

Yeah, I wanted the sentence to read:

"One section of his book accuses George W Bush of deluding himself about his alleged cocaine use."

Note the "of" and the space between "alleged cocaine". I know its being picky, but I've snarked people for far less.
