SUPER HOLIDAY POST MEGA GIVEAWAY!

So we're gonna do another "best of" post thing, this time for December, but this time, no daily winners, just a top three at the end of the month (and I'm sure plenty of honorable mentions). I'll buy a Nintendo Wii for the top spot, a iPod nano for 2nd, and a new iPod teeny clip shuffle for third. You have all month, no sockpuppet ballot box stuffing, and favorites votes will help steer me and jessamyn to the good stuff, but we'll make the final decisions based on our gut reactions to the best of the best. I suggest we do another contest like amberglow's, on October 1 prehaps? There wouldd be no prizes from me but if someone else steps up and offers that would be ideal. I wont be posting anything because frankly I suck at posts lately. Anyone up to this? After all the crap/shit posts lately, we need happier MeFi days here!!

I am hesitant to post this because I just know someone will point me to one of mathowie's comments within a minute, but what's the status of the redesign for MeFi and its related pages? Searches for updates only brought me to the MeTa thread about the contest entries, and that was over a month ago. No pressure on Matt to hurry, just curious about how it's coming along since I am very excited for the new look.

I just got back from off-line travels and I want to vote in the Pres election contest. However the best I have been able to do it to get a page that tells me "Requested range not satisfiable. Does this mean the Floridicans have got my number?
