What happened to loquacious' question? 1- (the bug part): On the 'popular favorites' page, it lists that question as having 17 answers. When I click on it, the actual question only has five. I also read it last night before it was deleted, and there were a bunch of answers that seemed to disappear when it was deleted. 2 : Who posted it? :)

I nearly hit "post" a few minutes ago here, but I stopped myself because I was asking follow up questions, only slightly off-topic. Good ones I think (and the simple thread is nearly worn out). I can't post another question for another 6.5 days. Shouldn't I just ask the questions in the thread while it's a fresh topic instead of posting a new question in a week? Or should I just suck it up and wait?

It turns out that MacSlash.com was no more "hijacked" than succaland.com was "stolen" (despite what it says in the MetaFilter sideblog). Like k10k.com and poetrysoc.com, they let their domain expire and it was snapped up. Leslie Harpold says that hoopla.com and smug.com hadn't expired, and Verisign has not contradicted her, but true domain hijackings don't seem all that common, do they?
