Live preview with iPhone/iTouch? I have an iTouch. When using it to make comments on the site, there is no live preview option. No biggie, but what that means is that the user is forced to preview every comment, before being able to post it. Not a major issue, but in longer threads, say over 50-75 comments, depending on the length of cmments, it gets old real fast because you have type the comment, then hit preview and wait for the page to load again, then hit post and wait for the page to reload for a second time. So...would it possible to include live preview with the iPhone/iTouch, or baring that, enable immediate posting of a comment instead of having to hit preview?

WYSINWYG: Live Preview ≠ Actual Post. ¹ renders as a superscript 1 in Live Preview, but displays as ¹ in real life. Are there any other such bugs that should be reported? Please report Live Preview bugs in the hopes that a pony be birthed.

Live Preview Slowness

Live preview annoys me. I think there should be an option to have it. Every time I try to type a comment, after a few words my typing gets slow -- I type and the words appear way after I type them.. I think this is because of live preview because I can see as I type on other websites, and I can see as I'm typing this right now.. I think there should be an option in Prefs to turn off live preview.. If I want to preview my post, I'll hit preview... (BTW user-agent string: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9b4pre) Gecko/2008022304 Firefox/2.0.0.11)

What happened to live preview? And why do I have to hit preview before post now? Is this a bug or is it intentional? Safari 3.0.4, Plain theme.

I am wondering what happened to Live Preview on the MeFi posting page. I miss that feature and it skips an extra click. But one of Admins probably has an answer involving a lot of Tech Mumbo Jumbo, or someone will kindly (hopefully) direct me to the previous MeTa thread regarding this.

It's always been so hard to imagine what your post is going to look like when you use bold, italics or worst of all with links. I think this will really improve posting readability factor.

On preview, didn't realize it wasn't in MetaTalk too. But I'm being greedy. It's wonderful to have in MeFi and AskME.
