Question queue?

How about a question queue? Apparently I'm a pretty curious person. I get ideas for questions that I'd <strike>love die for enjoy</strike> find at least midly amusing to put on AskMe but then the moment passes while I wait for the timeout period to lapse.

During this latest episode (counselors are standing by) I found myself wishing for a queue of questions that I could build up, order, and have the magic of AskMe throw out there when the timeout period is over. Like NetFlix for AskMe!

But that's probably just me. Or is it?

note: yes there are ways of handling this on my own, so that's not my point, k?

Queuing questions.

From time to time, after asking a question in AskMefi, I get a great question but forget about it because of the waiting period. I'm not questioning this rule, but it would be nice to have the possibility to create a certain number of questions in advance, and put them in some sort of queue, so one will not forgot to ask some good question.

Suggestion to reduce complaint-filter: a MeTa queue similar to anonymous AskMe. If a complaint can be handled by an admin one-on-one, the admin can deny the requested post and take the conversation to e-mail. If it's a meetup request or a policy issue that seems worthy of discussion, the admin can approve it and let everyone chime in.

User posts new AskMetaFilter Queue

I just want to draw your attention to Plutor's new AskMetaFilter Queue, where folks who are worried about the 2-week AskMe posting limit can write questions that can be posted by folks who don't share that worry. I think it's a great communal idea, even if I'm fairly certain it will result in more questions being posted, at least temporarily.

I would like a slow pony.

I would like a slow pony.

I, question-filled as I am, would love it if I could front-load my AskMeFi questions which are then autoposted at the end of my week's delay. I'd even be happy if that happened a day later (8 days wait)...the important point is that I forget the question I absolutely needed to ask because I'm kind of dumb.
