Subdomains not working? PoliticsFilter, FlashFilter, ArtFilter redirect me to the front page.

As I hinted at last week, I've tweaked the way subdomains work on MetaFilter. So if you really want to follow IraqFilter, ArtFilter, AppleFilter, GoogleFilter or even BatshitinsaneFilter, now you can.

Sat bored at my compressor, tapped in my Mefi username to Google, as you do, and discovered a host of mefi sub-domains!

Now, my [niaive?] questions are:
- How many subdomains are there?
- How do my comments get assigned?
- I only post to Metafilter.com & metatalk.metafilter.com, so how did google find them & rank them?
- Looking at some of those site names, I have to ask: Does quonsar actually have admin rights here now?
