Lost thread: prisoner abuse

Jezztek: "I can seem to find a thread I was interested in re-reading using the search function, perhaps someone else has the link handy. I remember it was a story of prisoner abuse that came to light not too long ago, and one of the key features that suck in my mind was some mention of a chef, or cook that was permitted to beat a prisoner to let off some steam. I'd like to reread the details of the incident, if anyone could help."

I ate at the Taco Bell on Lincoln the other night, the chef there is certainly guilty of abuse, if that's any help.

Oh, I see. Apologies for puzzlement. (I was kind of thinking it was some sort of elaborate callout that would result in someone threatening to shit in someone else's mouth, &tc. - MetaTalk does make one paranoid.)
