Thanks for linking to that post and her comments. I would have missed it otherwise.

She's a wonderful writer!

I didn't comment in that thread, but I freaking love her illustrations so hard. She's the kind of princess I want to be when I grow up.

Artw: "AssassinPrincess is awesome."

Says the guy who wants to see her naked comic book:
Artw: "You rock! Also if you ever do a Professional Proncess comic I think we are all up for buying it"

Just kidding! I saw your correction, just thought it was a funny typo!

What's the retention rate for this kind of member? Have any of them stayed on and become regular MetaFilter contributors? (I'm still anxiously awaiting Wozniak's first FPP.)

Also, welcome AssassinPrincess.

I'm so relieved--I thought it was the gangster princess from this thread. Whew. I never want to hear from her.

You can sort of eyeball it from checking out the entries in the "Hey That's Me" page on the wiki. In short: some stay to be longtime members who contribute, many don't.

Me either.

TBH, I wouldn't mind seeing Meili Cady show up, as she seems like the only sane person in the entire saga. She seems like a good person who became trapped in a horrible situation. But I also imagine she'd probably not be interested in reliving traumatic events in her past.

Are any Disney Princesses also assassins? The closest I can think of is Bianca, and she was a mouse and on a peacekeeping mission.

I neeeeeeeeed some money to commission a drawing from her!

Does Mulan count? While not actually having any ties to royalty, she is technically a "Disney Princess" and trains as a soldier, so probably has the most military/combat training of any DP.

I think Ariel might be a good candidate for an assassin. I mean, look how easily she infiltrated the royal family!

Hmmm... the mentions of Tinkerbell in that thread reminded me of this little counter-Disney ditty.

I noticed that every goon appeared familiar with AssassinPrincess's descriptions and I didn't see one of them write a question or comment which indicated they hadn't read what she wrote. In the Metafilter thread there were the usual smattering of questions that were already answered etc.

Is that a difference in site culture or just a reflection of the fact that the original texts were written in that SA thread and not in the Metafilter thread?
