Different link each time. Sometimes it launches one of those awful pages that spawns a million other pages and crashes your browser. Opera protected me from one (epileptic seizure colors with Axel F theme), but on another all these little windows containing goatse and tubgirl and other horrors started floating around and then the man was shouting HEY EVERYBODY I'M LOOKING AT GAY PORNO and I had to close my browser (thank you tabbed browsing).
This is worth removing as crashes and lost work are likely to result.
Once in a while you get this page explaining their noble mission, along with links to each bit of nastiness they host:

Wow. That harlequin fetus disease is extraordinary. What a terrible thing for a new mom to confront.
That said, I hope like heck we aren't trying to save those damaged creatures.
