Not only were all my pix (only 52, including the ones Bob took with my camera) culled, uploaded, captioned, and decorated with metadata by the time you got home, b, but I was already asleep by the time you posted your comment to that effect!

We missed many fine women last night - Specklet, Naxos, Jessamyn (wtf?? where WERE you?), Am-"I just can't come if it's on a Thursday - can it not be on a Thursday?"-brosia, and close but not quite Frisbee Girl.

We'll see you all at another time. (And your flying basset hound, too!)

I'm on the West Coast for the Internet Librarian conference and I was in SFO and headed down to Monterey this morning via Route 1. I went out for an amazing Thai meal someplace nearby last night [my friends live in the Mission on Lexington] and then I was too beat and jetlagged to make it out. Sorry, I swear I will make a CA meetup one of these days.

jessamyn, you tease! I was sad to miss the chance to meet you, though even the hint of your attendance probably swelled our ranks, so thanks!

But... sheeit. What have things come to when Bay Area MeFites have to be grateful for a near miss with an admin? Goddamn. I remember when #1 still called this place home [shakes fist at sky].

caitlinb/cali - I've now pinned your "East Bay Boyz" sign on my bedroom door with several other choice insignias intimating identity :)
