Thread 52028 (on Twin Peaks) is broken at the bottom--if I recall correctly, it's broken in the same way that the thread about the Ross sisters was broken a couple of days ago.

I inserted a single quote in a post on accident and the MeFi code that normally would be the rest of the page (i.e. all the buttons and such) showed up in my preview textbox.

IE for Mac occasionally mangles posts with quotation marks, apostrophes, etc. For example: “Y’all must stay non-nuclear, but we’ll have as many nukes as we want. We’ll make new nukes but keep the old. And if you don’t like it, just take a good look at Iraq, because you could be next.�

post I made about a WA state Bill has had its link text munged - was this deliberate, or a bug? The original text said '
WA Lawmakers try to remove "repugnant" Theory of Evolution from schools'. It now just reads '
WA Lawmakers try to remove'. Just a curious thing - maybe quote-related. Thanks.

a tiny problem with
the rss feed -- some xml parsers (particularly expat, the parser used inside mozilla and perl's XML::Parser, require that the '' appear at the very beginning of the file. it seems like an overly strict reading of the spec to me, but there you are. kudos for adding the feed, in any case!
