The Filter. Or maybe just The Ter.

In honor of the wave of rebrandings including "The Shack", "The Hut" (blog self-link) and "The Nick" (which is not really how it's being rebranded but OP had to make a joke), can we now just call this site "The Filter"? After all, the Internet was long ago shortened to "The Net" and the World Wide Web to "The Web". Right?
