MetaFilter RSS feed broken?

The last article listed in my RSS reader is "Take me on a magic cable car ride!", from yesterday...

Is it just me?

Does seem to be broke - I'm getting a "Live Bookmark Failed to Load". It normally means someone put some diacritical or similar character in a post's title...

Mine is up to date in bloglines.

Umm...it's the atom feed I subscribe to though.

IIRC the y2karl thread looked really odd in Bloglines. All weirdly formatted and stuff. Maybe that caused a problem? I'm on the atom feed, though, and I'm still getting new content, just like Peacay.

Hmm, when I click on Peacay's Atom link in Firefox I get some reference about an XML error... and the beginning of y2karl's post.

Hmm.

I find this very very funny. I am chuckling quietly to myself.

I messed with a few things and the feed looks okay to me now, anyone still seeing the problem?

Looks good in Feedreader, the lightweight open-source aggregator that supports RSS and ATOM formats.

It's fixed now. On behalf of all Mefi, thankee.

FireFox Live Bookmarks now loading it perfectly. Thanks Jess - what was the problem?

I'm pretty sure it was malformed HTML in y2karl's assassination post.

Wonky HTML gets into it a couple times a week.

I keep this link handy to help me figure out what is causing it.

Thanks Jess - what was the problem?

Some weird characters in y2k's title, either an ampersand which I replaced or something that caused a closed bracket to half appear. Easy to fix, in any case.
