This AskMe is showing up like this for me. Clicking reload didn't seem to fix it.

It's because the target _blank in the link in the answer doesn't have a closing quote.

I added a comment that seems to have semi-straightened out the page, but someone should go in and fix that target attribute. My comment isn't even visible, but now it looks like I'm the guilty party!
