People, I have google spreadsheet invitations. I'm not sure how limited the initial invitation was, but if you're waiting to get in, I'll invite you. You need to have a gmail account, though.

I went to this page yesterday and put in my gmail address and got the invite today. Still got lots of bugs, though, and I don't think Microsoft is shaking in their boots over this one yet. Not impressed.

Oh, and for people that have already gotten invites and gotten in --- it looks like you can just create a new spreadsheet, and then share that in order to invite other people.

It's neat, but I wish it had charting. That's all I ever do in Excel. Type in numbers and then see the pretty graph.

I was lucky enough to get a Google Analytics account before they closed sign-ups. That's why I'm so anxious to get a Spreadsheets account now.

It doesn't work in Safari, though, and I hate having to launch Firefox just to use Spreadsheets so I probably won't be using it as much as I had thought.

To all who have emailed me and NOT received your Writely account (if any people still exist... hopefully not), I'm sorry but please email me back and let me know. I had an issue with it earlier this morning and it apparently wasn't sending the emails like it was supposed to do. I think I've gotten everyone, but I don't want anyone to fall through any cracks.
