[will be posted in metafilter >> feature requests] November 10, 2001 8:20 AM   Subscribe

In the preview view of the post I just made, it said "[will be posted in metafilter >> feature requests]." Shouldn't that say MetaTalk, not Metafilter?

No, metafilter there is the category in MetaTalk (metafilter, general, metafilter.net sites), with feature requests (bugs, etc.) as a subcategory under that.

Now that we don't see the category list view by default in MeTa, people are forgetting the structure (which is fine). I had to think for a second to remember it.

And one can always click that Category List link at the top of this page to see the structure again.

Ah, thanks for clearing that up. I stand corrected. I still think it might be a little clearer, given that the categories are essentially invisible in daily usage now, to add MetaTalk so that it says [will be posted in metatalk >> metafilter >> feature requests].
