Ypsilanti-Ann Arbor meetup? December 28, 2006 10:54 AM   Subscribe

Ypsi-Arbor meetup? I know there was one in the last month or so at Aubree's, but how about on the other side of Ypsi? TC's or the Elbow Room?

What, is 140 miles too far for you? :)

Or Ypsi-Arbor Bowl.
Or the Corner Brewery.

Elbow Room is too small and dingy for a good meetup (and too loud when a good band is there). TC's is bullshit for drink prices outside of happy hour.
The 8-ball in Ann Arbor would be my first choice. Colonial Lanes might also be fun. After that, Arbor Brewing would be cool, or Dominic's (if you wait until spring). Or Totoro, for awesome sushi cheap.

Yeah, Totoro. Or maybe Broadway Café or University Café for bi bim bop?

Corner Brewery would be good on a night they're not hosting an event. I'm keen on a weekend dim sum at Great Lakes.

Eh. The vegetarian fare ate Great Lakes is pretty weak. Tup Tim does veggie good, as does Siam Square (both Thai), or Chia Sheng on Packard, across from Frasier's. Which, come to think of it, is another good place for a meetup (Frasier's, that is).

It might be good to visit Frasier's before the owners retire, if that hasn't happened yet.

Name the time and place, lads and/or lasses.

I'll bring the thirst!

I'd come, provided y'all promise to show up. (Two-person meetups are fun and all, but...)
