Was the server down?

Was it down between 1-2:30 p.m. (PDT)? I found this helpful site in my absence.

You may be able to. :) Between a few updates to the server (not done by me, but requiring reboots, apparently), and a warmer-than-normal room (thanks to someone turning off my air conditioner in my absence), the machine didn't return from a reboot.

SLC visited the server, corrected the air conditioning problem, cycled the power on the machine, and now all's well. Happy happy.

rschram, you might also like the Internet Health Report I use both of them at work to give me some clues when our Internet connectivity is off.

I don't know that the failure to reboot was the only thing, btw. A number of sites I visit were down, slow, or otherwise unhappy this afternoon.
