A problem with the new headers

A problem with the new headers: When I tab through links to "MetaTalk," in the upper-right corner, the browser puts a dotted border around the link. This border makes the page 1px too wide, and I get a horizontal scrollbar. This also happens for a second after I click on the link but before the MetaTalk page loads. FireFox 1.5 RC3 on Windows.

If you want to offer up any CSS bugfixes, I'd be happy to try it out, but it seems like such a minor problem it's not really worth spending too much time on.

It's fine for me here in FF 1.0, though the dotted border loses it's right edge. And FWIW I dig the dashed/dotted borders.

Just make #topline have a width of 99%?

I've had the same problem since 1.5 RC1. I thought it was an Adblock thing so I didn't mention it.
