February 2006, Tokyo MeFi meetup. More inside...
Computers do go down, y'all. Just breathe deep and step away from the screen.

Must've been one of those Bullet Train meetups that already occurred.

Maybe it's more inside the meetup?

I think it's a kind of self-fulfilling prophecy. After all, there *is* more inside, now.

Why not meet up next Friday night at 7, in front of the Ebisu statue in the courtyard between the front entrance of Ebisu Atré and the Hibiya line exit?
There's a fabulous Korean place on the shotengai a block to the west. I highly recommend it for parties of up to ~16.

If the Feb. meetup doesn't take off, is anyone in for a meeting early April? Won't make it to the big mikan before then...

I'd love to come, but I can only make it after around 9 most nights unless it's Wednesday. Can we do something on a Wednesday? It'll be less crowded then too, most likely...

I'll be wandering around Tokyo March 10-12. If anyone wants to hang out, that'd be pretty sweet.

You posted the first part and then feel asleep before posting the more inside part?
Thats... awesome.

Get Pinney involved, Gen - but then, you'd have to meet up at Tableaux or the Park Hyatt.

I'd be down for a meetup. Weekdays are best for me. I'm centrally located so anyplace around Shibuya, Harajuku, Aoyama, Ebisu, Naka-Meguro would be good for me. One place that might be cool is Mur... ZZZZzzzzz

I'd try to show up on a weekday, particularly if I could easily get back to Tokyo Station before the trains all turn into pumpkins.

Yeah, on weekdays the trains run later than on the weekends, so that's always a plus.

Sorry, I was going to suggest Murakami Seisaku-jo in Naka Meguro for a place to meet. You usually need to have reservations at that place, so someone would have to do actual planning.
