Same here, amberglow- my visiting family and I weren't able to get up and leave the house until after 2 p.m.

Yeah, but when did it end? I just endured an epic 2 1/2 hour MTA odyssey (don't ask) but you guys didn't seem to be there anymore when I finally made it to the Johnsons? Anyway, happy new year and all that.

I'm an idiot. Stumbled in over an hour late, seriously frazzled by my subway misadventure (3 boroughs!), so when I didn't see any of the familiar faces (dame, bingo, amberglow, jonmc), I guess I gave up too soon. I hate having missed y'all... we'll try again next year?

Someone actually did take a cool phone picture of me wielding a miniature light sabre, and hopefully it will get emailed to me if not actually posted. :)
muckster, dame left a little early and I was sitting near the wall, facing away from the door. Must have been pretty crowded by the time you got there. Oh well.
