Did I screw up? I was so giddy I found a little scoop about Deputy AG Thompson that I posted it right to the front page -- without noticing the two other Enron threads. Should my post have gone in of the others?

Not really...having said that, let me now say (I got that from Mushariff, it sounds so cool) [rather than post to three similiar threads] that so far I don't see the same qualities re: Whitewatergate; there, it appeared the Clintons personally enriched themselves thru a savings and loan scam. I havn't heard that President Bush has been accused of personal enrichment via Enron. That politicians rub shoulders with the rich and powerful is obvious. If GW is shown to have done badness, he'll be gone in a couple years. Bill Clinton let his friends go to prison, and if it comes to that GW best do the same. From what I've heard so far, someone needs to go to jail.
