The default is "no" don't apply url variables to redirects, but with the new server you have to force the attribute to no, even though it is supposed to be the default.
Previewing it multiple times turns é to é to Ã?©, though.You would send & as the character entity and it would come back to you as the same, but the entity would be rendered in the textarea as the character itself, and then the browser submits that (possibly multi-byte) character for preview. Whenever you submit a multi-byte character for preview it breaks... so I guess it's the preview bug from 1973 in cahoots with the unicode bug.
the db connector is now JDBC, which has all sorts of problems with high-ascii charactersIs the connector involved in previews?
