I'm practicing my astral projection technique; if you see a shimmer in the corner - that'll be me.

Excellent, sciurus! (Wasn't the jakelope a [brilliant!] comedy sketch on the State or something?)
I usually find U Circle Arabica by nose, so I'm not good at directions. Here's the address and map:
University Circle Arabica, 11300 Juniper Rd., off Ford which is off Euclid at Mayfield Rd.
216-791-0300
On preview, JINX! ...with riffola.
taz and riffola and any other ethereal beings, I hope to, um, seeya there. (Ghosties welcome too.)

The only comedy sketch I'm familiar with involving a jackalope is the one that used to be on 'America's Funniest People.' It was brilliant if by brilliant you mean campy salt-of-the-earth American nonsense. =)
Thanks for the directions. I'll be wearing a alpaca-skin bustier and rubber spats.

when i was last at the university circle arabica, they'd just gotten a "creature from the black lagoon" pinball machine.. . pinball, pretty good coffee, and lots of chairs in weird nooks. what more can you ask of a coffeehouse?

Jeez, I better get in here quickly before the thread drops off the page...
I will almost definitely be there. How will I recognize our party, short of standing in the doorway bellowing "Shaaaaaaane!"? Which I'm not necessarily opposed to doing, btw.

Hmph. Hadn't thought of that. I'll bring some stick-on name-tags and I'll wear one. Also, I'm 6' w/ red hair. Maybe I'll make a big table sign:
METAFILTER PARTY.
It will feel like we have reservations or something swanky like that. Bellowing would work too.
