I am offended - nay, WOUNDED - by your blatant disregard for the feelings of bunnies and bunny owners.

Your specieist use of "dirty" with regards to bunnies is indicative of the place society holds for our big eared friends. You perpetuate the stereotypes of bunnies as evil creatures (as witnessed by the so-called "comedy" of Monty Python's "The Holy Grail") further forcing them into the shadowy outreaches of pet store and shelter adoptions.

Shame on you.

Salmonberry, spare us your bunniest bullshit. To say that my perception of the lagomorph is influenced by entertainment, English entertainment no less, is insulting. Rabbits are obnoxious, hateful, dirty pool playing creatures, Commander Bunnypants being the sole exception.

I only see the date header once in both of the screenshots posted here. Am I just completely blind or something? Is this one of those things where if you stare long enough a ghost pops out to scream at you?

It's not the wee date at the top that they're talking about, it's the big honking September 14 above each of the posts.

eyebalkid must be Anya or Australian, or both.

Looking at that capture, I can't believe anyone can stand to not use cleartype. Which brings up a question: I thought I knew how cleartype worked. But I can do a screen capture of it, which I wouldn't have expected to be able to do. It looks fine. Assuming that makes sense, does that mean it wouldn't look fine on a non-LCD monitor? The screen cap??

That capture is a compressed JPG. You're seeing artifacts of the compression process. If the capture was posted as an uncompressed BMP (or TGA or whatever) it would look more familiar to you. Cleartype, however, does not always look so good on LCDs.

Ummm. You understand that my screen size isn't really represented by that image, right? It's not like I'm going to post a 1280 * 1024 image in a Metatalk thread. I used Irfanview to resize it and run it through its "sharpen" filter to remove some of the blur. It looks shitty, but you might be able to make out the "September 14" that appears twice in the image, which is the point of this thread.
