I'm looking at that page right now Flanders, using FF 1.01. Outside of the fact that y2karl's daily use of blockquote and Mean Mr. Bucket's Kerry-plagiarist bullet points both skew the left indentation, it looks just fine.

It's highly unlikely (possible, if the server-side software checks and cares, but highly unlikely) that your browser matters in this. That said, it's good that you mention your browser, just in case.
This has come up before, I think when people have been ordering FPPs by something other than date. (That little pull-down list on the front page.)
Simple answer -- it's on the server side, the non-database portion of the server doesn't know the database design has changed. (The programmer in me says to point to this as an example of what encapsulation -- and object oriented programming -- is supposed to solve).
Simple work-around: use that little pull down to order by something else.

If you're logged out, lofi doesn't work. I've been trying to say that for over a month, now.

Jim Jones has it right.
And I must say, the thread in which he first noted this is one of the most remarkable I've seen. Has this ever happened before on MeTa? It strikes me as an almost impossible achievement.

Wow. I feel like going back and commenting in my old MeTa threads now...except I got responses. Dammit.

yes, graventy.., but they're closed after 30 days anyway! So you have to make a post that doesn't attract attention on grounds of stupidity, that continues to repel interest even as the number of comments (your own) piles up and it becomes obvious what you're doing, and you have thirty days in which to do it. As I said, this is fucking impressive and not likely to be duplicated in our lifetimes.
If I hadn't just posted, I'd be making a MeTa fpp about it right now.

It'd have to be stupid, but not so stupid as to invoke [this is stupid] comments. That's a mighty fine line to tread. Excellent work, Jim.

People used to squat in abandoned threads that matched their user number back in the day before the 30 day closing limit.
