Baltimore meetup v. 2.0? Friday, Jan. 27? Locations? Alternate times? Any interest?

I can dig it.

I'd love to. If we could get any kinds of commitment from our DC brethren and sistren, then I would vote for changing it to a day when people could get around easier (like with no rush hour) and to holding it in the suburbs in between, but if they don't step up, then Club Charles or Zodiac next door would get my vote. Great idea.

Can I practice for the Milk Gallon Challenge?

What's the Milk Gallon Challenge?

Drink a gallon in a hour. For training, I'd like to start with 1/2 gallon and a beer in 1/2 hour. Increasing the chances of barfing may not be the best idea, but for some reason I wanna begin my training at a meetup. (And youcancallmeal is anti-milk I hear)

Ewwwwwww.

Ewewewewewewewewewew.

I'll have to be decidedly inebriated before you break out that much moo juice.

Ok, I'll leave the white stuff at home, but only because you started the thread.

Club Chuck sounds good to me. How about 7:00?

As far as a joint DC/Baltimore meetup...wasn't there some talk of resurrecting the game night idea? Since I've already spent my MeTa thread.... :)

Game night, yccma? What are we talking here; cards, board, RPGs? Fill me in, please.

Oh, and you people do not want to know what would happen if I tried to take on the Milk Gallon Challenge. I am, however, ready and willing for the Beer Gallon Challenge.

I was sad I missed the first gamenight.

Oh, wow. I wasn't here for the old game night thread either. It sounds like it was awesome. Let me officially put in a vote for a new game night.

I'm more than willing to volunteer my house for game night; I'm just not especially centrally located.

I'm up for it. If it could be in a place near a bus line that would be sweet.

And if we end up doing the gallon challenge, I am so in.

Can I show up and refuse to admit who I am?

i'd love to attend, if it's easy to get to via public transportation and lasts after 9pm. I vote for Club Charles too.

I may be able to pick people up beforehand or (especially) drop off afterwards, especially if you live South or West of the place. My email is my profile.

We are settled on Friday (1/27) at 7pm at Club Charles, correct?

Probably not up for the Meetup, but would love to participate in the next Game night. Let's make it happen.

It would appear so. And if anyone needs a ride from the north, feel free to email me. I've got plenty of passenger space.

I'm interested but have a fear of commitment.

We're still on for tomorrow night, right?

As far as I know, OW. See you there.

Yep. Whoever wants to post a reminder tomorrow will be my hero-of-the-week.
