Singapore meetup (in a hawker food center!) between Juy 24 and 27?
I'll just be a tourist, passing through; but perhaps a few experienced MeFites who live there (or other travelers) could come?

Okay... heheh, which hawker centre? I'm fine with... uh... almost any date in July, but it does depend on the time.

I won't be free for dinner on July 26th, but in case that's the chosen day, there'll be fireworks at Marina Bay then (National Day parade rehearsal)! If you brave the crowds, the Esplanade Glutton's Bay hawker centre would be a perfect place to watch.

Anytime really within those dates.
Actually I arrive July 23, late afternoon; and leave July 28, I think in the morning, and I've been once before, so kinda know the layout, but I'm hoping some local expert can suggest the optimium meeting place.

not free on the evening of July 24, free on July 25, may not be free on the evening of July 26, free from the afternoon onwards on July 27.

Okay then how about 6 or 7PM Saturday July 27 at the Maxwell Food Centre? Suggestion, please, for a specific landmark where we can meet together, inside.

July 27 is a Sunday. Won't be free on the evening July 26 (Saturday). Maybe July 25 then...

I'd actually prefer the 25th, myself. Therefore let's make it at Maxwell Food Centre's northernmost corner, 6PM July 25. In a few days, I'll repost this notice. See you then!
