Any Mefites in/around K-Town?

I'm near Kaiserslautern for another week or so for work (hotel's in Landstuhl), and I can mostly drive around without getting lost - anyone in the area interested in a meetup?

I can write like a normal human being. With punctuation. I was just surprised, and I've been waiting for a meetup in Germany for almost 2 months. Sadly no luck so far, at least within reasonable distance.

Haven't been there since 2004 but maybe we'll meet up in Philly.

City name shouldn't be behind the [more inside] on meet-up threads.

Good luck with your event, but it needed to be said.

To clarify for any passersby like paisley henosis: "K-Town" is a nickname given to Kaiserslautern by the (gigantic) American military community; its frequency of use (as opposed to the real name of the place) ranges, in my limited experience, between "common substitution" and "Kaiserwhat? Oh, K-Town!"

Anyone that's spent any time in LA will eagerly jump into this thread expecting Korean barbecue and be disappointed. :(

Wow. I used to live there (or rather, nearby in Kreimbach). Much of my family still does. Alas, I'm in the states, or I'd so be there!
