Random errant link in the header in Safari for iPad.

Here is a screen shot.

This shows up on the front page, Ask, Projects, Music, etc. Note: the text of the link is above the blue line.

Not a big deal, but I suspect iPad is pretty small in your test matrix so I thought I'd mention it.

And by "above" I meant z-order wise.

I don't think that's an errant link. I always thought that was just a "skip-to-bottom" link. I use it every five minutes at least when I'm on my iPad (for example, right now.) It's sort of insanely useful, since on the iPad when you post a comment the browser doesn't jump automatically to your submitted comment, and instead reloads at the top of the page.

If it's an errant link, please don't remove it. It is my friend.

I use it too, but it'd be nice if it weren't half-obscured by the bar at the top, and in a more sensible place.

That's what it does on iPhone, where the various links for recent activity, sub-sites, etc, are all at the bottom. And it is formatted and positioned more correctly. I think this is an unexpected side-effect of the iPhone implementation.

Ah. Yeah, that makes sense.

That's not an errant link. This is an errant link.

Yeah, that link is there on purpose but it's in the wrong place in the plain theme. We'll get that fixed up.

who you calling plain, huh? We're called professional. Professional theme, pb.

ah, ok. Well, this should be working for professionals now.

The positioning is not quite right for AskMe, on the "professional" theme.

Thanks BP, should be set now.
