amberglow, I meant he and I should form a clique or group or whatnot (and yes I was being mostly facetious ^_^). I did get the point of tonight's meeting, hence my little comment.

I'll be to the next outing, hopefully, and I was at one a while ago (DBA a few weeks ago), just didn't say much =)

Alright, alright. I can't take the silence. I must speak out.

Last night was great. Good to meet milovoo (who I know I've met before, and that's not just a line) and break pizza with falconred (who, oddly enough, is neither).

Not to mention the usual band of reveling freaks (lilboo, amberglow, muckster) that make NYC meetups the gentle, cordial bacchanals they often wind up being. And the Cabin Club wound up being a fine place to meet after all. The video-goldfish bowls, the bathroom that required a machete and legendary bladder strength to reach safely and the excellent wooden happy-hour chips were a sight to behold. I might even go back.

And the conversation was so engaging that I only took two pictures.

I definately enjoyed myself, it was nice to meet you all and hang out.

I'll try to make the next meetup if I'm not busy being crushed by an unbearable workload.

Yeah, the Cabin turned out to be a great place for a meet - comfy couch, excellent G&Ts - Amberglow picked a good spot. It was great to see everyone again & meet the new neighbors. We should try it again on a weekend when more people can come out for the festivities.
