Twin Cities Meet-up: Mr. Bula can't make the 29th and I feel we need our prized photographer with us. This might be too soon, but could anyone make it tomorrow night?

I have plans, as well. Was there a reason we couldn't do it next weekend, like the 22nd? I'd like for the bula to be there, as well.

Next weekend is MLK weekend and a lot of people were out. I don't think angrymodem could make it that weekend (21st or 22nd).

Pretty much any weekend would work for me provided I can scrape together transportation. If any MeFites are coming from a bit south of the Cities and wouldn't mind swinging down to Northfield, I'd be absolutely overjoyed.

Otherwise, I can get to the Airport, Mall of America, Macalaster, or the downtown Hilton around 3:00 or 9:00 via bus, but would need a ride back to Northfield.

SemiSophos - I haven't been down to Northfield in ages, but Carleton and St Olaf have *got* to have 'hey i need a ride' message boards somewhere on campus. Have you checked to see if there's anything like that?

I've got a friend who's a graduated Carleton-ite and see if she's got any ideas on transit. If not, we could always get you a rubber raft and a bottle of schnapps and send you on your way downstream.

and is that 9:00 pm or 9:00 am? because you could always just come early and leave early (I'm assuming there's a ride *back* to northfield as part of these schedules?)

Too bad we didn't think of this earlier, but Skooter's new ska band played a killer show at the Red Sea last week. Next time they're playing everybody has to show up.
