Mountain Mefi/Mofi meetup

It's the first irregular (but previously attempted) Mountain Mefi/Mofi meetup: Friday April 8th, 7pm, Flying Frog Cafe, Asheville, NC. Out under the awning if the weather's nice. Watch the waiter to the spinning plate trick. Good times!

Man, I love the Flyng Frog (Asheville's my hometown, currently living on the west coast, though)

Any Blue Ridge MeFiers should definitely take advantage of this - the Frog gets my unqualified recommendation.

I used to live there too. Love the Frog (and props to Laughing Seed, my old job!). Shame I cant get up there guys, but have a great time!

I would have definitely been there had this occurred about four years ago when I was near there. (I was living in the Shenandoah Valley just off the Blue Ridge).

If I was y'all, though, I would have this party up at Barney Barnwell's farm so I could have some of his moonshine.

I just got married up in Asheville a couple of weeks ago. We had our "reception" at Oliver & Annabelle's and got our wasted on at the Flying Frog. Much fun and merriment was had by all. We spend almost as much on booze at the Frog as we did on beer, wine, and food at Oliver & Annabelle's. HA!
I love Asheville and I especially like the mini San Francisco vibe that I always get from there in the Summer.
