This meetup is perfect if you're from NY/Baltimore/DC

You can come up early in the day and go to the Art Museum (Be like Rocky!).
You can go to Atlantic City and Gamble a bit first.

But, you can do what I never did, prior to this past April - go to a Mefi meetup, find out that these are normal people who can hold + understand coherent conversations about the internet. And they're nice too.

The Standard Tap isn't exactly the kind of place that's going to have a bouncer at the door - especially on a Sunday afternoon - so I'd think you'll be fine.

Crap...you chose the Sunday that falls after my three state drive-a-thon weekend. I seriously doubt that I'll have the energy to make this. Have fun, kids.

Soyjoy- the irony here would be that I have a tendency to add "eh" as a suffix to thoughts...and I've never even been to Canada.

I'm already driving from Baltimore to Norfolk to DC to Baltimore that weekend...two hours each way to Philly is a bit much, barring any energy miracle. So, yeah...looking doubtful. Sorry. :(
