So, I made an FPP. Immediately after I hit Post, I noticed a glaring spelling error. There does not seem to be an edit window for posts that have been posted. I find this unfotunate. Can there be an edit window for them?
I have a question about the feasability and desirability of two possible small ponies: [more inside]
What about an "on second thought, maybe it'd be better not to have said anything at all" window? [more inside]
Lazy single-link post, plus calling you stupid. Apologies. [more inside]
Interesting bug: I forgot to close an italics tag the other day, and it seems to have affected my comment history. Will this be a problem for future generations of MeFites?
I have an idea for a web-based business and not only need a web page but a program to keep track of units/credits, no money involved. It would involve marketing/advertising which I have experience in but no experience in computer programming. Where do I go from here?
I may be late to the party but thanks Matt for coding the automatic translation of www.foo.com into a link.
So what was wrong with my answer to this question?
Too much wood. Matt can you please fix my doubled word in my recent machine post
I screwed up. Links I posted here are all screwy somehow. Instead of telling me what I did wrong, can someone tell me how to fix it?
What the heck is with the link on this thread?!
Speaking of the Value of D'oh: crush-onastick suggested a "oops! god no, i take it back!" button and ook added "But it should disappear once somebody else has posted after you, so people can't delete something from the middle of a thread.". I thought it was a good idea, but I should: I suggested the same thing in February 2000, only I wanted to call it a "D'oh" button. Less a pony, more an old grey mare?
Can we get an edit here: 1=3584">Put Up the Hoop Sooner:"? This is a great post, which I avoided for 4 hours trying to figure out which unit of measure is 298 feet, and why that's less than basketball.
Am I the only one that can't post to this thread? Meaning, the posting form isn't available.
