Help viewing metafilter on a blackberry

So Lofi doesn't work with my Cingular BB: I get an error message that basically said there's a problem loading the page and I should try again later. The regular pages load ok, but it's too slow and the fonts are way too big (I've customized the fonts for my regular PC, not for the Blackberry). The one free RSS reader I've tried doesn't grok links. Any suggestions?

I don't own a Blackberry, so I don't know if this suggestion is helpful, but Google's Mobile Proxy does a decent enough job converting Metafilter to be read on my cellphone. Give it a try.

I'm using WebViewer by reqwireless for 'Net access on my 7100t, and meta works fine.

I never posted from my Blackberry, but reading is ok. I think they have a trial version.

djgh has been working on a mobile stylesheet; I'm sure he'd appreciate some feedback as to how it looks on a BB.

Many months ago, I got the same error on the LoFi page on my T-Mobile BB. I fixed it by just logging in. Unfortunately, I recently cleared my cookies and discovered that Matt had introduced a CAPTCHA element to the login page that doesn't seem to be compatible with the BB browser. It's not really an immediate solution, but if the CAPTCHA thing could get fixed, LoFi would work again (and I could be logged into MeFi wherever I went!)

Indeed, I couldn't log in on my BB because of the CAPTCHA either.
