Right now there are 35,070 members in MetaFilter. Many members have their own unique personal sites. Which are your favorite less-known ones?

I don't know how unknown you're looking for, but languagehat's is great. The combination of language and hats is Dali-like in its dissonance. As they say.

funny, I found out about mefi via a thread like this... #8242, almost 6 years ago.
